HMR provides a consultation to set the budget for the Hospitalist and Intensivist Programs. This may be a new program or a renewal contract.

HMR reviews the Hospitalist or Intensivist Program’s staffing, productivity, compensation and performance measures and interviews professional and ancillary staff to determine the effectiveness of the Programs as well as determine opportunities for enhancement. The goal is to complete the budget and finalize the contract negotiations for the Program in a timely manner.
